Getting started with an ROV build can be a little daunting. We'd like to help where we can - MATE Educate is a great resource for teachers and mentors who are just getting started (or who want to encourage their students to the next level!).

YES! We are happy to take the Purchase Order from your US based School or Educational Organization. This refers to the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
The SeaMATE store allows customers to easily generate quotes and place orders.
To generate or place an order for SeaMATE products, fill your cart with what you need and click the shopping bag up in the upper right-hand corner. Once you've reviewed your cart and tweaked your quantities:
1. Add any special instructions by clicking "add a note to your order" - this could include the date by which your order is needed.
2. Click "Check Out"
3. Complete your Customer Information and click "Continue to Shipping Method"
4. Verify your shipping address, select your shipping method and click "Continue to Payment Method"
5. Select "Purchase Order" instead of "Credit Card"
6. Enter your Billing Address and click "Submit." Once you click Submit, an email will be sent to you with a quote that you can use to obtain a Purchase Order.
7. Please make your Purchase Order out to "Marine Technology Society," and include the SeaMATE Order Number on the Purchase Order.
8. Scan and email your purchase order to seamate@marinetech.org or mail it to:

9. An invoice will be e-mailed to you once your Purchase Order has been received. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as we receive payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment and approximately one week for shipping. Please notify us if your educational institution needs to receive merchandise before payment can be released.
Please note: Payments for Purchase Orders not received within 30 days of invoicing will be cancelled.
If you paid by "Credit Card", your order will be processed immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment and approximately one week for transit.

If you selected payment by Purchase Order (available only to educational institutions and organizations based in the US), fulfillment of your order will be on hold pending receipt of your purchase order.
